BINDER GRÖSSWANG advises Japanese Daikin Group on acquisition of world market leader AHT Group

BINDER GRÖSSWANG advises on the acquisition of AHT Group, the world market leader for plug-in cooling and freezing systems located in Rottenmann, Styria. The transaction volume amounts to € 881 million. Daikin Europe N.V. is the European subsidiary of Daikin Industries Ltd., the world market leader for air-conditioning technology, listed on the Japanese stock exchange and headquartered in Osaka, Japan. The seller is the private equity group Bridgepoint.

The signing took place on 22 November 2018 in Vienna at BINDER GRÖSSWANG.
