At Binder Grösswang, innovation takes place at many levels. We see innovation as a continuous process aimed at enhancing and expanding our legal services, achieving an optimum work environment, and maximizing our creativity.
Binder Grösswang is thus one of the most highly innovative law firms in Austria. We are committed to meeting the highest standards of modernity in terms of technology as well as in other areas.
In order to reach this objective, we at Binder Grösswang foster a culture of openness and receptiveness to new ideas and innovations. This relates to legal innovations as well as to new services and products on which we work with our clients time and again in order to optimally respond to their needs.
This can also be seen in Binder Grösswang’s proactive approach when it comes to the use of new technologies. Here, too, innovation plays an important role. Technologically, our firm has always met cutting edge standards, most recently also in terms of so-called Legal Tech, an area in which Binder Grösswang is one of the best-equipped legal firms in Austria.
Moreover, our involvement in new and newly developing fields of law is just as important as innovation in traditional practice areas; in both spheres we deal with the newest and most interesting developments in the legal field. Binder Grösswang takes a proactive approach here as well, seeing innovation as a significant driver and motivation of our daily work. This is underlined by our additional new focus on digital law.
What is more, innovation at Binder Grösswang goes beyond technology and legal matters. An essential factor is the creation of a correspondingly innovative and motivating work environment. This is another area where Binder Grösswang is committed to being at the forefront.
At Binder Grösswang we use and develop cutting edge technology to serve our clients. The newest Legal Tech has become an essential part of our firm’s technological set-up, making our services faster and more efficient, and enhancing our capacities. It encompasses tools to improve internal processes such as client databases, internal communication platforms and research tools, and also involves new Legal-Tech developments in which we ourselves are involved. One of these is Lawrence, a tool that will enable more speedy and efficient gathering of transaction and experience data for clients and that will become operational in early 2019. In addition, we use such advanced software such as transaction management tools, secure applications for client communications, and automatic contract and document generation, and regularly work with a variety of the newest e-discovery and document management tools.
