Christoph Baumgartner

Christoph Baumgartner is attorney at law in the firm’s real estate team and advises national and international clients in connection with Austrian real estate law and complex real estate transactions. He is also active in the area of Corporate / M&A.  

He focuses on

He started his career with Binder Grösswang in 2013 where he became an attorney-at-law in 2017. Christoph studied as one of the youngest students in Austria at the age of 16 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna (Mag.iur 2010) as well as at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (BSc 2012) and completed both studies with excellent results.

  • Legal advice and assistance in connection with contemplated financing of the construction of Hotel Augut
  • Advice to MANN + HUMMEL on the acquisition of „Lüftungs- Klima- und Reinraumtechnik“ of the Carinthia family business Jack Filter
  • Legal advice and assistance of a large Austrian industrial company in connection with the construction of a recovery boiler and steam turbine, including the negotiation of the main contractor agreements
  • Advice of the sole shareholder, Verwaltungsgenossenschaft der start:gruppe.Gen. on the sale of 100% of the shares in start:bausparkasse and IMMO-BANK
