Dragana Šuman is associate in the practice group Corporate / M&A with a focus on cross-border M&A transactions and general corporate law practice as well as private foundations law.

Dragana joined Binder Grösswang in May 2021. Before joining BG she was with PwC Legal as senior associate advising on general corporate law, private foundations law and private wealth management. Besides that, Dragana worked for several years at Wolf Theiss as associate in practice groups Corporate / M&A with a focus on cross-border M&A transactions and general corporate law practice and Banking & Finance, where she advised on cross-border finance transactions, on both borrowers' and lenders' side.

Dragana studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna from which she obtained a master degree (magistra iuris) and at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.  She passed the Austrian Bar exam.

  • Advising on private foundations law, private wealth management and specific aspects of inheritance law
  • Advising on cross-border finance transactions, on both borrowers' and lenders' side (drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, corporate authorizations and legal opinions)
