A New Attorney at Binder Grösswang: Manuel Müllner
Employment Law Expert Manuel Müllner Switches from Taylor Wessing to Binder Grösswang
Binder Grösswang has gained a new lawyer for its employment law team. Since the beginning of March 2020, Attorney-at-Law Manuel Müllner has been supporting the successful employment law team led by Binder Grösswang partners Horst Lukanec and Angelika Pallwein-Prettner.
Manuel Müllner has many years of experience in advising domestic and international companies on all matters in the fields of collective and individual employment law, with a particular focus on personnel leasing and all issues associated with the cross-border deployment of employees as well as differentiation in contractual status issues.
Manuel Müllner studied law at Johannes Kepler University Linz. He began his career at Taylor Wessing, where, prior to joining Binder Grösswang, he worked from 2013 to 2020, first as an associate and later as an attorney at law, in Vienna as well as in London on a secondment basis.
“I am pleased to be continuing my career at one of the leading commercial law firms in Austria and to be part of a team that offers our clients the innovative solutions that they expect from a firm of Binder Grösswang’s calibre,” says Müllner.
Including Müllner, Binder Grösswang’s successful employment law practice now comprises seven lawyers, among them two partners, three attorneys at law, and two associates.
The addition of another attorney attests to the continuous growth and substantial success of Binder Grösswang.
