A New Attorney at Binder Grösswang: Mona Holzgruber
Mona Holzgruber (29) has been strengthening Binder Grösswang’s corporate/M&A team as an attorney at law since the beginning of January 2020.
“Having returned from South Korea, I am happy to be continuing my career at Binder Grösswang and actively supporting our clients,” Holzgruber said.
Mona Holzgruber began her career in the legal department of INTECO and joined Binder Grösswang in 2015. Since then she has been part of the corporate/M&A team led by Binder Grösswang Partner Gottfried Gassner. She specializes in M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. In these fields she advises domestic and international clients mainly in a cross-border context. After a secondment as a foreign associate with Lee&Ko in South Korea, she has returned to Binder Grösswang, where, having been admitted to the Austrian Bar as of 2 January 2020, she is now supporting the corporate/M&A team as an attorney at law.
Holzgruber studied law and business administration at the University of Graz (Mag.iur. 2014, BSc. 2014). While still a student, she gathered several years of professional experience. In addition, she worked as a university assistant at the Institute of Civil Law, Foreign Private Law and Private International Law of the university’s Faculty of Law in 2012/2013.
We are pleased that Mona Holzgruber will continue to enrich our law firm with her competence and expertise. The addition of another attorney attests to the continuous growth and substantial success of Binder Grösswang in the field of corporate/M&A.
