Binder Grösswang convinces with top rankings in the current Chambers Europe Rankings

Binder Grösswang is building on the results of previous years in the Chambers Europe Rankings 2026 and is once again listed in numerous practice areas. The internationally recognised publisher Chambers and Partners honours 24 lawyers with a total of 27 individual rankings. In addition, the law firm is represented in the rankings with 14 areas of expertise.

Top rankings for the practice areas

  • Five practice groups achieved the highest ranking of Band 1: Banking & Finance, Competition & EU Law, Dispute Resolution: Litigation, Restructuring & Insolvency, and Tax.
  • Binder Grösswang is particularly recommended in the areas of Capital Markets, Corporate/M&A, Dispute Resolution: Arbitration, Employment, Health Care & Life Sciences, Intellectual Property, Public Law, Real Estate, and White-Collar Crime.

Excellent lawyers and convincing increases in individual rankings

  • Partner Stefan Albiez (Dispute Resolution: Litigation) confirms his consistent performance and advances from Band 3 to Band 2.
  • Partner Stephan Heckenthaler (Banking & Finance: Regulatory) rises to the top – from Band 2 to the top position, Band 1.
  • Counsel Isabelle Innerhofer (Competition & EU Law) increases her ranking from Band 3 to Band 2.
  • Partner Georg Wabl (Restructuring & Insolvency) advances from Band 4 to Band 3.
  • Partner Regina Kröll (Public Law: General) excels in her area of expertise and moves up from the “Up and Coming” position directly to Band 3.
  • Partner Johannes Bammer (Employment) joins the rankings and is now listed as “Up and Coming”.

The top position, Band 1, is still held by Partner Raoul Hoffer (Competition & EU Law), Partner Christian Klausegger (Dispute Resolution: Litigation & Arbitration), Partner Gottfried Gassner (Restructuring & Insolvency), and Partner Christian Wimpissinger (Tax).
