Lawyers
At Binder Grösswang, experts at various stages of their careers, with different levels of experience and specialisms, work closely together. We offer a wide range of entry-level opportunities and clear career progression prospects throughout a legal career.
Legal interns and assistants
Even whilst studying law or after graduating, there is the opportunity to gain experience in our law firm as a student (summer/winter) intern, legal assistant or paralegal. Right from the start, they work as an integral part of a practice group, which enables early specialisation in a legal field and integration into the team.
Associate
Following the successful completion of a law degree, the time as an associate begins. The start is either immediately following previous work with us at the firm or as a new team member. The beginning can be challenging at times, but the deepening of knowledge in the specialist field, the steep learning curve, the exchange with colleagues and the shared celebration of successes make these years something special.
Attorney at law
Once all legal requirements have been met, in particular the successful passing of the bar exam, the next career step is registration as an Attorney at law. In this role, the focus is on working independently on client matters, accompanied by further specialisation and collaboration within the team.
Counsel and Partners
Our counsel and partners shape the firm’s professional and strategic direction. In addition to their legal work, they take responsibility for client relationships, the development of teams and the mentoring of junior lawyers.
