Alexandra Praska is a legal assistant in the firm's Corporate / M&A team.

She focuses on

• Corporate law, in particular corporate litigation
• Corporate and share acquisitions
• Transformation and restructuring processes, in particular mergers, demergers, contributions

Alexandra Praska graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna (Mag.iur) in 2023. During her studies, she gained her first instructive experience in a notary's office and as a legal associate in two law firms in Vienna. Her studies abroad at the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece, not only broadened her personal horizons, but also enriched her knowledge in international fields of law. Alexandra Praska has been with Binder Grösswang since September 2024.
