Christian Klausegger is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Team and has over 30 years of experience in handling international proceedings before ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals.

Christian is recognized as one of the "Hall of fame" in the field of Dispute Resolution by Legal 500 (2025) and is listed by Chambers Europe 2025. JUVE (Edition Austria 2023) counts him among the leading names for conflict resolution in Austria.
He began his career with Binder Grösswang in 1988 and has been a partner since 1995. Christian received his PhD in 1987 from the University of Vienna (Dr. iur.) where he had previously studied computer science (Mag. rer. soc. oec. 1987).
Christian is a member of the Austrian Association for Arbitration (Arb/Aut), the German Institution of Arbitration (D.I.S.) and is a member of the Judicial Examination Commission of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna. Since 2007 he is co-author and editor of the Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration.
