Clarissa Nitsch is an attorney at law in the Dispute Resolution Team and has more than 10 years of experience advising national and international clients in complex civil and arbitration matters.

Clarissa started her career with Wolf Theiss Attorneys at Law in Vienna and has been with Binder Grösswang since 2012. Clarissa was admitted as an attorney at law in 2014 and from 2018 to 2019 she was a Foreign Associate with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in New York. She went to law school at the University of Vienna (Mag.iur), focussing on IT and software law, banking and insurance law. In addition, she received a special diploma in European law.

Clarissa is a member of Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP), Insol Europe, the International Bar Association (IBA) and the US Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
