Dominic Petje is an associate in the firm’s Competition Law Team and advises national and international clients in all matter relating to Austrian and EU competition law.

He focuses on

• national and European antitrust and competition law
• national and European merger control
• follow-on civil litigation
• Unfair Trading Practices in the agricultural and food supply chain (UTP-Directive)
• joint purchasing agreements

Dominic Petje joined Binder Grösswang's Competition Law Team as an associate in 2023. He holds an LL.M. in Law from WU Vienna and, during his studies, gained practical experience in competition law, including as part of Binder Grösswang’s competition team and through his participation in the 2021 Competition Law Moot Court. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in law at the University of Vienna, focusing his dissertation on buyer power and joint purchasing agreements in EU competition law.
