He began his career with Binder Grösswang in 1998 and was appointed Partner in 2006. Florian received his PhD from the University of Innsbruck (Dr. iur.) in 1997.

Florian is a member of Aktienforum (Austrian Association for stock issuers and investors) and Vice Chairman of the IBA Securities Law Committee. He is the author of numerous publications on capital markets and corporate law.
