Inka Eßl is an associate in the firm’s Employment Law Team.

She focuses on

  • workforce reduction and social plan negotiations
  • executive contracts and executive compensation schemes
  • court representation
  • bogus self-employment and wage-dumping

She studied Law at the University of Salzburg and in the course of her studies completed a semester abroad at Örebro Universitet as well as the Salzburg Summer School on European Private Law. Before joining Binder Grösswang, she completed her clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Linz. Prior to that, she was able to gain practice experience in a law firm in Salzburg.
