Livia Hoskovec is an associate in the firm’s Employment Law Team.
She focuses on
- national and international corporate restructurings
- workforce reduction and social plan negotiations
- executive contracts and executive compensation schemes
- court representation
- bogus self-employment and wage-dumping
She studied law at the University of Vienna and in the course of her studies completed a semester abroad at Universiteit Maastricht. She also completed an LL.M. in European Law at the Université Pantheon-Assas. During her studies, she was able to gain practical work experience in renowned Austrian law firms and as a study assistant at the University of Vienna.
