Lukas Jäger is an associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team.
He focuses on
Lukas started his career as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Innsbruck. He subsequently held positions with the Austrian courts, in particular the Austrian Supreme Court, and the Legal Service of the European Parliament in Brussels. Prior to joining Binder Grösswang, Lukas was an associate with Schönherr Rechtsanwälte in Vienna. He studied law and translation studies at the University of Innsbruck and St. Petersburg State University (Mag. iur 2020, BA 2021).
Lukas is author of publications on commercial and civil law and taught European law during his time as a lecturer at the University of Innsbruck.
