Markus Uitz is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Team and has extensive experience in advising on real estate transactions of all kind as well as real estate related questions. He is regularly involved in international projects.

He focuses on

  • legal due diligence and transaction management

Markus is ranked by Chambers Europe (2024) and listed as a “highly regarded” in the 2023 edition of IFLR1000.

He began his career with Binder Grösswang in 2006 and has been a partner since 2014. Markus received his PhD from the University of Graz (Dr. iur. 2009) in 2009 for his thesis in the field of corporate law. He also holds a master degree in history and philosophy (Mag. iur. 2005).
