Mirjam Holuschka started her career as a research and teaching assistant at the Institute for Labor and Social Law at the University of Vienna. She then spent several years as an associate in the Employment Law Team of a renowned international commercial law firm in Vienna. She passed the Austrian bar exam in January 2025 and has been part of the firm’s employment law team since September 2025. Mirjam Holuschka studied law and received her doctoral degree from the University of Vienna. She received an award from the Dr. Maria Schaumayer-Stiftung for her doctoral thesis on “Graubereiche des Arbeitszeitbegriffs” (Grey areas of the concept of working time).
