Victoria Wagensonner is an associate in the firm´s Corporate/M&A Team.

She focuses on

• corporate law
• company and share purchases
• transformation and restructuring processes such as mergers, divisions and contributions

Victoria Wagensonner studied law at the University of Vienna and at the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas in Paris, France, graduating in 2025 with the academic degree Mag.iur.

In 2024 she began her professional career at Binder Grösswang as a legal assistant while still pursuing her studies. Following the successful completion of her degree, she joined our team as an associate.
