WE CARE - Binder Grösswang supports "Médecins sans Frontières"

Within the framework of our programme “We Care”, in which we place a focus on corporate social responsibility, we have decided to support Médecins sans Frontières this year.

For more than 40 years Médecins sans Frontières (MSF) have been providing medical help to people caught in many kinds of catastrophes, including armed conflicts, natural disasters, epidemics of disease and malnutrition crises.

All these situations call for rapid response with specialized medical and logistical help. MSF is renowned for their quick response and efficient, effective work in the toughest emergencies. Beyond the drama of the acute crisis, MSF also intervene in times that call for a less urgent type of action, for instance, in chronic refugees situations, areas of chronic instability, and in periods following a conflict or disaster.

Two years ago, Binder Grösswang launched the programme WE CARE, in which the staff works together to help people in need. Through cooperative initiatives and donations of money and goods, Binder Grösswang supports a variety of projects suggested by staff members.
