Binder Grösswang advises Mayr-Melnhof Group on the acquisition of TANN Group

Mayr-Melnhof Packaging has come to an agreement with the owners of TANN Group on the 100% acquisition of the group headquartered in Traun, Austria.

TANN GROUP, an Austrian based company, is a world leader in its core competence area of developing, converting and distributing Tipping Paper. The global network and close cooperation of eight affiliates ensures worldwide service and support. The administrative headquarters of the group has around 1,100 employees worldwide. The company generates annual sales of approximately EUR 230 million per year.
