BINDER GRÖSSWANG Nominated by IFLR1000 for "M&A Deal of the Year"

Binder Grösswang has once again been nominated for an IFLR1000 European Award. This time, the firm is on the short list for the "M&A Deal of the Year". The relevant deal is the sale of the labels division of the Constantia Flexibles group, in which Binder Grösswang, together with Willkie Farr & Gallagher, advised Constantia Flexibles. This transaction is regarded as the largest M&A deal in Austria in 2017.

Last year, Binder Grösswang was awarded the IFLR Award "Restructuring Deal of the Year" for its counsel to the largest group of HETA creditors.

The awards ceremony will take place on 19 April 2018 in London.
