New Attorney at Binder Grösswang: Maximilian Höltl

Maximilian Höltl (32) has been part of Binder Grösswang’s banking and finance team as an attorney at law since the beginning of January 2018.

Maximilian Höltl specializes in banking law and finance, advising Austrian and international banks and financial services providers as well as business enterprises on matters of domestic and cross-border finance. He focuses particularly on loans, acquisition finance, project finance, securitization transactions, cash pooling, restructuring and insolvencies.

Maximilian Höltl joined Binder Grösswang’s banking and finance team as an associate in 2013. He studied law and business administration at the University of Vienna and Linköping University.
