New attorney at law with Binder Grösswang: Philipp Tagwerker
Philipp Tagwerker MA (36) has been an attorney at law on the Corporate/M&A and capital market law teams of BINDER GRÖSSWANG since May 2019.

Philipp Tagwerker’s career in law started in 2015 when he became a candidate attorney with the law firm Barnert Egermann Illigasch Rechtsanwälte, joining PwC Legal Austria (Oehner & Partner Rechtsanwälte) two years later. As from January 2019, he supported the Corporate/M&A team and the capital market law team around Binder Grösswang partner Florian Khol. In May 2019 he was admitted to the bar and is now an attorney at law with Binder Grösswang, with a continued work focus on corporate law, M&A transactions as well as capital increases and IPOs.
Tagwerker studied law at Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck and completed a postgraduate (MA) programme at John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC. After his graduation in the USA, he gained professional experience in the field of renewable energy policy as a Research Fellow of the Worldwatch Institute.
The addition of another attorney at law to the team reflects constant growth and the continued success of BINDER GRÖSSWANG.
