New Attorneys at Binder Grösswang
Barbara Gangl (34) and Michael Delitz (32) have been strengthening the Binder Grösswang team as attorneys at law since the beginning of November 2019.
Barbara Gangl began her career as an associate at a renowned law firm in Linz and subsequently worked for the Federal Fiscal Court in Vienna. She came to Binder Grösswang as an associate in 2016, and since then has been part of the team led by Binder Grösswang partner Christian Wimpissinger, advising domestic and international clients in the fields of tax law, tax procedure law and financial criminal law. Her main areas of practice include cross-border acquisitions, restructurings, capital market transactions, private equity and funds, real estate transactions, and advising and representing clients in proceedings before tax authorities, financial criminal law proceedings, and appeals.
Barbara Gangl holds a law degree from Johannes Kepler University in Linz.
Michael Delitz began his career in 2015 as an associate at Binder Grösswang and specializes in real estate law. As a member of the Binder Grösswang real estate team headed by partner Markus Uitz, he primarily advises domestic and international clients on complex real estate transactions, the development of real estate projects, as well as general issues of Austrian tenancy law and real estate law, in particular property development law and residential property law.
Michael Delitz studied law at the University of Innsbruck.
