New Attorneys-at-Law with Binder Grösswang
Dr. Regina Kröll (36) and Wolfgang Guggenberger LL.M. (32) have been strengthening the Binder Grösswang team as attorneys at law since the beginning of February 2019.
Regina Kröll began her career as a university assistant at the Department of European Law and Public International Law of the University of Innsbruck and joined BINDER GRÖSSWANG as an associate in 2015. Since then she has been part of the regulatory law team led by partner Johannes Barbist. Regina Kröll specializes in the field of public commercial law, especially energy law and regulatory law as well as subsidies and competition law.
Regina Kröll studied law at the University of Innsbruck, where she has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law since 2011.
Wolfgang Guggenberger began his career in 2013 as an associate at PHH Rechtsanwälte in Vienna. He joined the corporate/M&A team at Binder Grösswang as an associate in 2018. Since then he has supported the team led by Managing Partner Thomas Schirmer with a focus on the fields of company law, M&A, as well as private equity and venture capital investments.
Wolfgang Guggenberger graduated in law from the University of Vienna (Mag. iur.) and completed a postgraduate program at Queen Mary University in London (LL.M.).
