A New Attorney at Binder Grösswang: Felix Fuith

Felix Fuith LL.M. (NYU) (30) has been supporting the Corporate / M&A team, led by partner Thomas Schirmer, as an attorney at law since 7 December 2021. He joined Binder Grösswang as an associate in 2017.

During his time as an associate, he was involved in numerous cross-border transactions and was recognised by IFLR1000 as a Notable Practitioner in the field of Corporate / M&A for the second time in a row.

In particular, he advises on cross-border M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Felix Fuith started his career in 2015 as an international trainee at BPV Braun Partner in Prague and at Burkardt & Partner in Shanghai. He studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur.) and obtained his postgraduate degree (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law in 2017. He also completed the Advanced Professional Certificate in Law & Business at NYU Stern School of Business and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2018.
