A New Attorney at Binder Grösswang: Hermann Beurle
Since 1 February 2021, Hermann Beurle (30) has been supporting the Corporate/M&A team as an attorney at law.
“I am happy to be further pursuing my career at Binder Grösswang with this important step forward and to continue supporting our clients as a member of this team,” says Beurle.
Hermann Beurle has been with Binder Grösswang since September 2015. He advises on M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, start-ups, corporate restructurings, succession planning, corporate governance issues and matters of company law as well as commercially relevant civil law.
Hermann Beurle studied law at the University of Vienna and at Universidade Catolica Portuguesa in Lisbon, obtaining the degree of Mag. iur. He successfully passed the Austrian Bar examination in the spring of 2018 and subsequently completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago, USA, graduating in 2019 with honours. During his time abroad, Hermann Beurle also passed the New York Bar exam (UBE).
