Binder Grösswang Strengthens its Financial Services Regulatory Team with Financial Market Expert Miriam Broucek
As of today, Miriam Broucek (40) will be strengthening the financial services regulatory team, led by Binder Grösswang Partner Stephan Heckenthaler, as an attorney at law.
Miriam Broucek, a recognized expert in financial market law, has many years of experience advising Austrian and international financial services providers on all matters of financial market regulation, in particular banking supervisory law, payment services and securities law, and money laundering compliance. She also specializes in the structuring of digital business models and in advising fintechs.

Miriam Broucek began her career working for the Austrian Financial Marktet Authority (FMA). After several years with the FMA, she turned to legal consulting and was employed as an associate and then as an attorney at law at a renowned international legal firm in Vienna as well as at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt. She regularly publishes articles on legal issues and contributes to current legal developments. Before joining Binder Grösswang, Miriam Broucek was employed with a Viennese boutique law firm specializing in regulatory law.
