Binder Grösswang advises Assepro on the acquisition of Seipt & Partner Versicherungsmakler GmbH

Binder Grösswang successfully advised and supported ASSEPRO Austria in its acquisition of Seipt & Partner Versicherungsmakler GmbH, a provider of insurance solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, specializing in homeowners insurance.

The acquisition is a next step in the expansion of ASSEPRO Austria, a member of the international The Ardonagh Group.

The integration of the renowned insurance broker is intended to further strengthen the “SME” business segment and improve the quality of service for customers in Vienna and the surrounding area. In addition, the market presence in Austria will be strengthened.

The transaction follows a series of successful acquisitions, including the integration of the Ärzteservice Group in 2021 and the companies Dr. Rinner & Partner GmbH, Jirout & Partner GmbH, BVC GmbH and PBP GmbH.

The closing was successfully completed on 2 December 2024.
