Binder Grösswang advises ASSEPRO Austria on the acquisition of Matschnigg & Seipt Versicherungsmakler GmbH

Binder Grösswang successfully advised and supported ASSEPRO Austria, part of the international Ardonagh Group, on the acquisition of Matschnigg & Seipt Versicherungsmakler GmbH.

The acquisition is a further step in ASSEPRO Austria's expansion strategy. The integration of the renowned insurance broker is intended to further strengthen the “SME” business segment and improve the quality of service for customers in Vienna and the surrounding area. In addition, market presence in Austria is to be further strengthened.

The transaction was closed on September 1, 2025.
