Binder Grösswang advises IBM on the acquisition of Txture GmbH
Binder Grösswang advised International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) as local counsel in cooperation with Hogan Lovells (Munich, lead counsel) on the acquisition of the entire share capital of the Austrian company Txture GmbH.
Binder Grösswang provided IBM with comprehensive legal advice on Austrian-specific aspects of the transaction.
Founded in Innsbruck in 2017, Txture helps enterprises migrate, modernize, and optimize their hybrid cloud estates. By integrating Txture into its Consulting Advantage platform, IBM strengthens its leadership in hybrid cloud transformation and enables clients to accelerate value creation, inter alia through Txture's automation and recommendation capabilities.
