Binder Grösswang advises Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG on the sale of TANN Group

Binder Grösswang advises Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG on the sale of TANN Group, headquartered in Traun, Austria, to Evergreen Hill Enterprise, Pte. Ltd., part of a diversified, private, Indonesian group of companies. Binder Grösswang previously advised Mayr-​Melnhof Karton AG on the acquisition of the TANN Group in 2018. The sale is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025.

The TANN Group prints and refines externally purchased paper to produce tipping paper and most recently generated annual revenues of around EUR 220 million.
