Florian Höllebauer joins the Corporate/M&A team at Binder Grösswang as Attorney at Law on 18 March. He has been part of the firm's Corporate/M&A team since 2021, previously as an associate.

His main areas of expertise are corporate law, company law, restructuring, reorganisations (such as mergers, demergers and carve-outs), M&A transactions and joint ventures, as well as company formations, start-ups, venture capital and private equity.

Florian Höllebauer studied law (Mag. iur. 2021) at Paris Lodron University in Salzburg. During his studies, he gained relevant work experience in several law firms, particularly in corporate and commercial law. He then completed his court practice. In December 2024, he passed the Austrian bar exam with distinction.
