Das neue „Dutch scheme“ – die Niederlande am Weg zum neuen Restrukturierungshub? (ZIK 2020/173, LexisNexis)
With the EU Directive on restructuring and insolvency having been adopted in 2019 and Brexit being implemented in 2020, the dynamics in the international or at least European restructuring landscape might change. With far reaching insolvency law reforms, the Netherlands may be a winner of a possible shifting of powers. This paper gives an overview of the most relevant envisaged amendments of the Dutch insolvency law (including the “Dutch scheme”).
