Business Services
Our Business Services comprise Corporate Communications & Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, IT and Office Management. Together with our team assistants, these departments account for around 40% of all staff and form a central part of the firm’s operations.
As specialists in their respective fields, the Business Services create the organisational, technical and structural conditions necessary for providing excellent legal advice. They support the legal teams in their day-to-day work and, through their close collaboration, make a significant contribution to the firm’s long-term success.

Corporate Communications & Business Development
Our COMBD team is responsible for the firm’s external and internal communications. This includes PR and media relations, content development and brand development. This is complemented by market analysis, CRM, pitch and proposal management, and the organisation of internal and external events. The aim is to increase our visibility in the market and ensure optimal internal communication.
Finance
The Finance department is responsible for bookkeeping and fee billing. It ensures clear and reliable financial processes within the firm. From invoicing and debt collection to controlling, it provides a sound basis for decision-making and ensures that all relevant departments within the firm, as well as clients, are continuously supplied with the necessary information.
Human Resources
Our HR team supports staff throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Their remit ranges from recruitment and onboarding, through learning and development, to HR controlling, payroll and employer branding. Furthermore, our HR department acts as the central point of contact for organisational, personnel-related and employment law matters.
IT
Our IT team ensures that day-to-day operations at the firm run smoothly as part of our first-level support. It handles enquiries reliably, resolves technical issues and, where necessary, coordinates the escalation to second- and third-level support. Through regular updates, maintenance and optimisation of the systems, the IT team ensures that software, hardware, tools and processes remain reliable and up to date.
Office Management
Reception, the library and cleaning services together form our firm’s service centre. From a friendly welcome and the organisation of meetings, through the continuous optimisation of the office layout, to ensuring a well-maintained working environment and the management of a carefully curated specialist library, the OM team creates the organisational framework for focused and efficient work.
Team Assistance
Our team assistants are a central pillar of the legal teams and play an active role in shaping day-to-day work. They coordinate processes, handle correspondence and assist with the organisation and structuring of files. They also provide valuable organisational support in the day-to-day running of the firm. With their overview, reliability and keen sense of workflow, the team assistants play a key role in ensuring successful collaboration and the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
