Andreas Hable, managing partner and spokesman of the firm, is a partner in the Corporate/M&A Team and has more than 20 years of experience in advising domestic and foreign listed and owner-managed companies as well as entrepreneurs and family offices.

He began his career in 1996 with Europa Treuhand Ernst & Young. From 1997 to 2001 he worked for Haarmann Hemmelrath Hügel. He joined Binder Grösswang in 2001 and was appointed Partner in 2005. Andreas studied at the University of Innsbruck, where he received his Dr. iur. degree in 1996. He also studied at the Université Paris XII and at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, where he obtained a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) in 2000. He was acting as Managing Partner between 2020 and 2024.

Andreas is a sought-after lecturer at universities and specialist congresses and publishes regularly on current legal issues. He is a member of numerous professional and scientific associations such as IBA, IFA, STEP, GVÖ and VGR.
