Calvin Polterauer is a legal assistant in the firm’s Competition Law Team.

Calvin Polterauer completed his law degree at the University of Vienna (Mag.iur.) and is currently also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Legal Studies, where he is specializing in Private Commercial Law. In addition, he also completed the University of Vienna’s Summer School for International and European Studies, from which he graduated with highest distinction.
During his studies, Calvin Polterauer gained first professional legal experience, among others at a law firm in Upper Austria. He joined Binder Grösswang's Competition Law team in January 2022.
Alongside his day-to-day case work, Calvin Polterauer regularly contributes to commentaries and various publications on current legal issues in specialist legal journals and blogs, particularly in the field of Competition and Merger Control Law.
