Christoph Schober is a partner in the firm’s Corporate / M&A Team. He advises on corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on complex M&A transactions. He has several years of experience advising both target companies and investors in national and international transactions. His particular expertise includes advising on M&A-auctions and M&A-bidding processes in various industries (including the automotive technology, medical technology, plastics, software, media and packaging industries).

He studied law at the University of Vienna and the London School of Economics (Mag. iur). In spring of 2018, Christoph Schober passed the Austrian bar exam and subsequently completed a Master of Law and Business (MLB) at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany, where he graduated with honours in 2019. From 2019 to 2020, he worked at Hogan Lovells International LLP in Hamburg.
