Thomas Thüringer is an associate in the Corporate/M&A Team of the firm.
He focuses on
- Corporate law, commercial law
- transformation and restructuring processes such as mergers, divisions and contributions
- company and share purchases
Thomas studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (LL.M. 2023) and completed a semester abroad at the University of Aberdeen (Scotland) and a summer law school at Bocconi University (Italy). During his studies, he was a member of the WU Center of Excellence as one of the top-performing students in his year. Furthermore, he gained experience in renowned national and international commercial law firms.
After completing his master's degree, Thomas worked in Luxembourg's leading independent commercial law firm in the area of corporate/M&A. Before joining the firm in April 2025, he completed the court clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna. In 2026, he completed his doctoral program at WU Vienna with honors (Dr. iur.).
