Nadja Frenzke joins Binder Grösswang as new European Attorney at Law

Nadja Frenzke M. iur (28) has been part of the M&A team at Binder Grösswang as a European senior associate since the beginning of November.

Her areas of expertise include corporate law, M&A and European law.

‘I'm looking forward to the new challenge and to working with the Binder Grösswang Corporate/M&A team,’ Frenzke says.

Nadja Frenzke completed her legal studies and subsequent legal clerkship in Germany, passing both state examinations with distinction. She was admitted to the bar in September 2022. She has substantial experience abroad and has worked as a lawyer in a German-Greek commercial law firm in Athens. Most recently, she specialized in European and International Business Law with an LL.M. degree from the University of Vienna.
