Binder Grösswang advised MPREIS on the sale of MPREIS Hydrogen GmbH to Tyczka Hydrogen GmbH
Binder Grösswang successfully advised Tyrolean food retailer MPREIS on the sale of MPREIS Hydrogen GmbH, which is active in the field of hydrogen production and marketing, to Tyczka Hydrogen GmbH.
In recent years, MPREIS has played a pioneering role in the field of hydrogen technology at its site in Völs/Tyrol and has made a sustainable contribution to the energy transition with its production of green hydrogen. The two companies have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
