Binder Grösswang appoints three new partners and two new counsels
At the beginning of the new financial year, Binder Grösswang is strengthening its management team and appointing three new partners and two new counsels from its own ranks.
Thomas Hartl (White-Collar Crime), Mona Holzgruber and Christoph Schober (both Corporate / M&A) move up into the partner circle.
In addition, Felix Fuith (Corporate / M&A) and Adrian Zwettler (Dispute Resolution) have been appointed as Counsels.

Partners
Thomas Hartl advises and defends clients in matters of white-collar crime, with a focus on representing companies in complex white-collar crime proceedings. Specialising in criminal and civil litigation, he regularly represents clients in the defence, prosecution and enforcement of claims in connection with white-collar crime matters. He also advises on preventive measures and assists clients in conducting internal corporate investigations, regularly in cooperation with specialists from the fields of forensics and business administration. Thomas Hartl is ranked a Rising Star in the practice area “Dispute Resolution: White-Collar Crime (Including Fraud)” in the renowned 2024 Legal 500 Austria edition.
Mona Holzgruber advises national and international clients regarding M&A transactions and complex corporate restructuring matters as well as general corporate law matters. She focuses on corporate law, M&A transactions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, transformation and restructuring processes such as splits, mergers, carve-outs and private clients. Mona Holzgruber is listed as a "notable practitioner" in the IFLR1000 Edition 2024.
Christoph Schober advises on corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on complex M&A transactions. He has several years of experience advising both target companies and investors in national and international transactions. He focuses on cross-border M&A transactions, venture capital and start-up financing, founding and structuring, joint ventures and strategic alliances. His particular expertise includes advising on M&A-auctions and M&A-bidding processes in various industries (including the automotive technology, medical technology, plastics, software, media and packaging industries).
Counsels
Felix Fuith has a focus on cross-border M&A transactions and private equity. He focuses on cross-border M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital and joint ventures/strategic alliances. Felix Fuith is listed in the IFLR1000 Edition 2024 as a "notable practitioner".
Adrian Zwettler advises national and international clients in particular private clients, in all areas of civil litigation as well as white-collar-crime-related matters. His main areas of expertise include representation in connection with class, association and mass actions, as well as comprehensive advice to HNI, including their legal representation in estate and contentious inheritance proceedings. Together with partner Stefan Albiez, he is the author of the first commentary on the implementation of the representative action directive in Austria, published in autumn 2024.
