Sabine Apfl-Trompeter is a counsel in the firm's Employment Law Team and has multi-year experience in advising national and international companies in all aspects of collective and individual employment law. Sabine has her focus in the fields restructurings, leasing of employees and employment contracts. She is currently on maternity leave.

Sabine is a lecturer for European Employment Law at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI).

Advice in connection with the termination of employment in general including representation court in case of a challenge of termination and claims raised by former employees
Advice regarding the Wage and Social Dumping Act including in particular regarding notification obligations in case of cross border posting of employees as well as regarding Austrian employment law provisions which have to be observed during the activities in Austria
Advice in connection with employment of foreign employees in particular regarding the required permits and notifications including assistance with the application for the required permits
Advice in connection with leasing of employees including drafting of employee leasing agreements
