Sabine is a lecturer for European Employment Law at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI).

  • Drafting, review and optimization of employment agreements and bonus systems including the employment agreements of the management
  • Advice and Representation in connection with workforce reduction and the negotiations of a social plan with the works council
  • Advice in connection with the termination of employment in general including representation court in case of a challenge of termination and claims raised by former employees
  • Advice regarding the Wage and Social Dumping Act including in particular regarding notification obligations in case of cross border posting of employees as well as regarding Austrian employment law provisions which have to be observed during the activities in Austria
  • Advice in connection with employment of foreign employees in particular regarding the required permits and notifications including assistance with the application for the required permits
  • Advice in connection with leasing of employees including drafting of employee leasing agreements
